Arms collectors and shooting enthusiasts are always amazed at the extensive range of products. BUT! It's not 'just a gunshow' but an educational experience and a great opportunity to see items that are new to the market or seldom displayed in the public domain. Most major exhibitors are happy to be listed here but some, mostly, 'display only' exhibitors prefer to not publish their contact details.
Exhibitor invitations to attend will go out in July and the 2025 Exhibitors will be recorded on a new page as they book space.
Admission: Single Adult $15.00
Family: 2 parents & children under 16 $24.00
Children under 16 years are free providing they are accompanied by an adult.
Tickets will be available at the door by cash or card or can be purchased on-line @StickyTickets and presented for scanning as a printed copy or on your phone.
We've successfully used StickyTickets for the past 5 years at Bathurst Arms Fair and have found that on-line ticket holders can gain quicker admission than tickets purchased at the door.
StickyTickets do, however, charge a small processing fee of about $1.50/adult ticket.
Cancellation policies apply.– Tickets can be cancelled up to 4 days before the event begins.
A refund (less 1.5% bank charges) will be at the organisers discretion.
On-line tickets allow you to print, or download to your phone, a ticket for presentation and cancellation at the door.
Book for Saturday or Sunday.
A small charge is made by the ticketing company, StickyTickets.
Security Worx uniformed officers will secure the event 24/7 in accordance with NSW Police requirements and the community's expectations.
Patrons may be randomly scanned and large bags/backpacks will be inspected.
Patrons will asked to declare items of personal property which they wish to bring into the fair. A receipt (or photo) may be issued as proof of ownership.
Bag inspections and proof of purchase receipts will be inspected on exit.

Security guards and electronic surveillance will be on-site 24/7 for the entire duration of the fair. Bag inspections and electronic scanners will be in use at the exit. All purchases must be receipted. Only firearms that are legal under current NSW Firearm Laws are allowed at the fair.
No C or D category firearms or 'prohibited weapons or parts' will be displayed or for sale.
